Osaka underground stalwart Shawn Basik has been a pioneering force in the Osaka edm scene since the birth of the original incarnation of Oasis Lounge (Sound Oasis) deep in the heart of Miyakojima. Mr. Basik is originally from Canada’s beautiful east coast, but has has made his home in Osaka for the past 11 years. Shawn has become known for his cutting-edge musical taste as well as his ongoing dedication to keeping the dancefloor jumping.
