This is a wonderful video and soundtrack made especially for us here at O-R by our friend Guido van der Meulen of Guido’s Lounge fame. Guido has been making amazing chillout mixes for years and these mixes caught our ears quite a while ago thanks to a recommendation by another O-R host with an impeccable taste in music, FindAnotherName. We loved the mixes so much that we asked Guido to host a show and to our pleasure, he agreed. Rarely is such consistent quality found in chillout mixes, but Guido never fails to bring the best in chillout and downtempo with track selections that are unparalleled.
This month’s edition of Guido’s Lounge is accompanied by a special video that features various images of the land and people that we have grown to love. Watch this video for a glimpse through a window into the soul of Mystical Japan.

I’m Guido from the Netherlands and wanted to surprise you all with a something extra 
This mix was created specially for Oasis Radio and for all the beautiful O-R listeners. It was created because I’m grateful to have a show on Oasis Radio, but also because the images of March 11th, 2011 are still vivid in my mind…
My heart continues to go out to all the people who still feel pain everyday and I know I can’t make a real difference in your lives… but I sincerely I hope this mix and video are uplifting, enjoyable and maybe can bring a moment of relaxation.
Also, I would like to congratulate Oasis Radio on their 3rd Anniversary!
